Rules

  1. Wake Up Early (5-8 am)
  2. Start your day off with Him: spend your morning or first waking hour with Him
  3. Move your body twice a day - indoors and outdoors 30-45 min each
  4. Dedicate 1hr a day to a God-sized dream/goal (Holy40) or steward your talents
  5. Prayer walk for 15-20 minutes (Holy 40)
  6. Nourish your body with healthy, whole foods
  7. Meditate on God’s word (at least once a day)
  8. Journal/write what God tells you
  9. Strengthen your relationships (with God and others)
  10. Document your progress!
